Click on the document to view. Responses may be submitted by printing a copy, completing per instructions and returning in a sealed envelope with the Bid, RFP or RFQ Number and Open Date clearly indicated on the front. No bids will be accepted by fax or email.

Note: When Arkansas Tech University is closed for any reason (i.e. inclement weather, fire or other natural disaster) all bid openings and pre-bid meetings will be postponed until the next open and operational work day, and the bid will be opened at the same time stated in the solicitation.
It is the vendor's responsibility to check this site for addenda to ensure receipt of all changes to bid documents.
