This will guarantee that you have the most current information about auditions, scholarships, and information regarding becoming a member of the band program. Please fill out this sheet as completely as possible. If you don't have a T number, don't worry about that blank. Your information will only be seen by the Director of Bands, Music Department Head, and the individual faculty member for your instrument. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
