Fall Move-In
MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS
Before the big day arrives, make sure to complete the following requirements:
- Obtain your Student ID to have access to the hall and meals when you move-in. All students must have one. Follow the next steps:
- Log in to OneTech with your username and password
- Access the main menu next to the ATU Logo
- From the main menu, click "Self-Service Banner (SSB)"
- Click on the "Student" tab
- Locate the "Online Student ID Request" block
- Follow the prompts to submit an ID request
- Make sure you are enrolled in classes. Contact your academic advisor if you are not sure.
- Get informed about financial deadlines to make sure payments are made on time and avoid being dropped for non-pay. Contact Student Accounts for more information.
MovE-In Date
We are so excited to welcome students and their families back to campus this fall!
- Saturday, August 16, 2025
- From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. by appointment. Move-In assistance available.
- New students are encouraged to check-in before 1pm to be able to fully participate
in orientation actitivies that afternoon.
- Extended check in: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Move-In assistance not available.
- Appointment selection opens:
- Monday, July 21 at 10 a.m. for new students
- Monday, July 28 at 10 a.m. for returning students
- Appointment selection closes on August 04, 2025 at 8 p.m.
What to Bring
- Bring Tech ID or Picture ID. No keys will be provided without ID. For instructions on how to obtain a TechID, visit here
- While a temporary card may be provided to access your building, this card will not
work for meals at the cafeteria.
- Housing Confirmation email with QR code
- Print or take a picture of the move in email containing your QR code (emailed on August 14, 2025)
- Moving supplies. (Carts and dollies may be available in limited quantity)
- Refillable water bottle. Water coolers will be available in all halls
- Labeled belongings with name, hall, and room number.
- Having everything in boxes or baskets makes moving faster.

Move In Steps
Step 1: Complete Emergency Contact Form
- Form will be available August 5 at 8 a.m. on Roompact and must be completed by August 13 at 8 p.m.
- Log in with OneTech credentials at www.roompact.com
- Go to Forms
- Select Emergency Contact Form and complete
Step 2:
Go to Tucker Coliseum on August 16 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- At the time of your appointment, go to Tucker Coliseum
- Enter through O Street (across from Whatta-Burger)
- Park on parking lots BB, J, R See parking map for more info
- Follow the signs to enter
Go to Doc Bryan SS Building, Suite 153, on August 16 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(EXTENDED CHECK IN)
- At the time of your appointment, go to Doc Bryan 153
- Enter through O Street (across from Whatta-Burger)
- Park on parking lots BB, J, R See parking map for more info.
- Follow the signs to enter
*There will be no check-in from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30pm to allow keys to be moved from
Tucker Coliseum to Doc Bryan 153.
Step 3: Verify Emergency Contact Form
- Emergency contact form should be completed by August 13 at 8 p.m. for a quick process.
- The form will be available in Roompact starting August 05 at noon
- If the form has not been completed, go to the Emergency Contact Verification station
and complete it and get a Verification Pass
Step 4: Check In to your residence hall and orientation
- Find the table for your hall
- Turn in Verification Pass, if emergency contact form was completed on site (Step 3)
- Show Tech ID/Picture ID and QR code
- Receive keys and orientation packet
Step 5: Go to your Hall (See map)
- Follow signs to exit Tucker Coliseum and to your hall
- Park in parking lot assigned to your hall
- Cars pulling to the curb of Nutt, M Street, Paine, and Jones must have at least two
people (driver and passenger)
- Driver must remain in vehicle. Vehicles must not be left unattended while on the curb
- Passenger will move belongings and head to room with the help of volunteers
- Driver must move car immediately after all belongings are unloaded
- Move your belongings. You are home!
Step 6: Complete Room Damage Report and Roommate Agreement
- Select Room Damage Report
- Report any preexisting room conditions as soon as you move in
- This allows Residence Life to properly assess damages upon check out and prevent unnecessary
charges to your account at the end of the year
- Select Roommate Agreement
- Complete and submit by August 22, 2025.
Need to move in after Saturday, August 16?
- Arriving Sunday, August 17

Meal plans

- Fall 2025: August 16 with lunch to December 12 with lunch
- Spring 2026: January 11 with dinner to May 06 with lunch
- All on campus students except those living in the University Commons Apartments are
required to purchase a meal plan.
- Meal plans are semester based and are designed to offer convenience, variety, and
affordability with varying combinations of meals.
- Meal plans are non-transferable.
- Any inquiries for meal plans should be directed to Student Accounts at (479) 968-027.
- How do I purchase a meal plan?
- On- Campus residents: Select your meal plan in the housing portal after you sign your housing contract,
make the $100 room prepayment, and select or are assigned a room.
- Off-campus students: Should purchase a commuter meal plan following the next steps:
- Log in to OneTech with your username and password
- Access the main menu next to the ATU Logo
- From the main menu, click "Self-Service Banner (SSB)"
- Click on the "Student" tab
- Click on the "Commuter Meal Plan Sign-Up" block
- Can I change my meal plan? Yes. Until the 5th day of classes at 5 p.m.
- On campus students may change their meal plan in the housing portal.
