The 2026 poverty guidelines were published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register on January 15, 2026, and are effective as of January 13, 2026.
If you qualify for TRIO SSS because of a disability, please complete the following verification form. This form gives the TRIO SSS team permission to verify that you are receiving services because of a documented disability. This form does not give the verifying party permission to inform our staff of a diagnosis, share medical or disability documentation, or accommodations received.
Step 1: Submit a completed TRIO SSS application and turn income and/or disability verification
documents.
Step 2: Once your application has been processed, we will contact you to schedule an intake
appointment.
Step 3: Participants who are accepted into the program are required to meet with a staff member
to set up an academic plan of action.
