The 15-credit hour certificate includes coursework in Emergency Management and Homeland Security (EMHS) and Student Affairs Administration (SAA). It is designed for current graduate students and alumni in either the MS Student Affairs Administration (SAA) or the MS Emergency Management and Homeland Security (EMHS) or other related fields to enhance their degrees with specialized knowledge for an increasingly important position on the college or university campus. This certificate also enhances other credentials specifically needed for the profession of student affairs practitioners, and provides another outlet for jobs for students who have masters in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
