ENTRIES & PRIZES

Please read the contest guidelines here prior to submitting your entry. Prizes in each area will be $75 for first prize, $50 for second prize. Entries will be judged by a panel made up of Arkansas Tech professors and students. All entries will receive written feedback.

Entries are due October 31 at 11:59 p.m.. Winners will be announced before the new year. Contests are open to Arkansas high school students currently in grades 9-12. Students may submit in multiple categories, but only one entry per category.

ARKANSAS TECH DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA STUDIES

We offer degrees in Journalism, Digital Content Creation, and Communication, with programs in Communication Studies and Theatre & Film. We also offer certificates in Broadcast Journalism, Digital Content Creation, Print Journalism, Public Relations, and Technical & Professional Communication.

** Prizes will be awarded to the entries that meet criteria, as determined in the sole discretion of the competition organizers. The organizers reserve the right not to award a prize in any category if, in their judgment, no entry meets the criteria for award in that category.
