The Student Accounts Office welcomes you to Arkansas Tech University. We are located in the Doc Bryan Student Services Building, Room 133.  Our window hours are from  8:00 a.m. -  4:00 p.m.   Monday through Friday.  You are welcome to drop by or call (479) 968-0271.  You can also email us at business.office@atu.edu

Direct Deposit your Refund Check
Enroll in direct deposit by accessing your account from the Student tab on OneTech and click on Direct Deposit your Refund Check!

Funds are generally in your bank account by the second day after the refund appears on your student account.

Refund Checks:

Refund checks (for Russellville Campus students) are available on Wednesdays and Fridays after 11:00 am.  If you signed up for Direct Deposit of your Refund Check, you will Not have a paper check in Student Accounts, your refund will go directly to your checking/savings account.

If students need refund checks mailed,  they must email business.office@atu.edu.  Students must email using their OneTech account and provide their current mailing address and account number (T number) in the email. Students can also come to the Student Accounts Office and sign a request to have their refund check mailed.  Requests to have refund checks mailed must be received in writing.  Student Accounts cannot mail a refund based on a verbal phone conversation.

Dates below are for full-term (5-week) Summer I courses:  June 3 - July 5*

Classes begin June 3*
Last day to officially withdraw/drop courses with 100% reduction of Tuition and Fees* June 4*
Last day to register and add courses/change sections June 4*
 Refunds Available (Russellville Campus Only)

 Beginning June 4
Last day to officially withdraw/drop courses with 80% reduction of Tuition (Fees nonrefundable)*

* eTech and other courses with start dates other than the traditional semester dates may have different withdrawal dates and reduction periods.  Verify these dates with the Registrar's Officeprior to making changes or withdrawing.		 June 7*
