Living Learning Communities at ATU
Living Learning Communities are specialized living environments connected to co-curricular
activities that enhance participants overall academic experience. Participants are
connected to their peers through shared common interest/major, same building/floor,
and enroll in the same course associated with their specific LLC.
Mission:
To collectively enhance and support the missions of the institution by providing co-curricular
experiences that enrich learning and academic performance through curriculum driven
programs and intentional interactions.
Vision:
Our Living Learning Communities will help participants progress towards their academic
goals and build meaningful campus connections.
*Participants who commit to participating in this program may be asked to move in early and
participate in an LLC transition to college experience.

Who can I contact about the LLC?
You can contact the LLC Liaisons who have information regarding all LLCs or the faculty/staff
advisor listed on the LLC specific page.
Where are the LLCs Located?
LLC members will live in different halls. STACK-Gaming LLC will live in Paine; Engineering
I & II, in Paine; starting AY 23-24 Leadership will have no specific building assigned,
students may live in any of the halls; and Honors in M Street.
What are the benefits of living in an LLC?
LLCs give students the opportunity to live in an academically focused living environment
to excel the academic and social experience of living on campus. Students living in
LLCs will create long-lasting relationships with students who have similar interests
and career goals.
Who is eligible to live an LLC?
All LLCs have different requirements to be considered to live in the communities.
Most of our LLCs require you to be a first time incoming freshmen student and have
declared a specific major/college program to be considered in an LLC. Please see the
individual LLC pages above for more details.
How do I sign up?
Complete the link below to apply for an LLC. The link will take you to the housing
portal. The LLC application is part of the housing application. For questions, email
