Door Access Form

Faculty and staff who need access to a campus building or secured area should complete the Door Access Request Form. Once completed, the form should be submitted to the Department of Public Safety at dps@atu.edu for review and processing.

 

Please allow adequate time for requests to be processed. Access will be granted based on appropriate authorization and operational need.
