Participants

 

Participants in the Leadership Tech program include a balanced representation of staff and faculty from across the university, inclusive of the Russellville and Ozark campuses.  Many participants are in formal leadership roles at Tech, while others are informal leaders of colleagues, students, and others.  Leadership Tech supports the development of networks and relationships essential for effective leadership during and well beyond the program.
