ATU offers all full-time and part-time employees personal and professional development resources through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Webinars, assessments, and courses are offered in personal finance; health and wellness; parenting; personal development; professional development.
This benefit supports professional growth and lifelong learning by making higher education more accessible and affordable. Employees can pursue degrees, enhance skills, or take individual classes while balancing work responsibilities—all at little to no cost.

Leadership Tech offers a comprehensive professional development opportunity that promotes individual and collective leadership through a cohort model. It is an action based learning and self-discovery process that utilizes a variety of leadership frameworks, experiential learning activities, coaching & mentoring, and personal assessment.
