Student ID Cards
All students must have an ATU ID card. To obtain an ID card, you must be enrolled in courses and provide proper picture identification (driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID). In addition to a student identification card, the ID card has many other uses:

The first student ID card you receive is free. Replacement ID cards are $25.00 and
can be charged to your account.
If this is your first Tech ID, the IDCard Office will need verification of your employment provided by Human Resources located in Brown Hall. Your first card is free and replacement cards are $25.00.
This is a pre-paid spending account accepted in:
- The Cafeteria
- Baswell Techionary
- Convenience Store
- Library (printing)
- Bookstore
- Concession stands at football and basketball games
Wonderbucks never expire and remaining balances are carried over to the next semester. Add Wonderbucks to your ID card online via Student Accounts.
Refunds will only be issued at the end of the semester, if requested in writing. Refunds will first be applied to any balance due on the student's account with any remainder refunded to the student. No refunds on balances less than ten dollars.
Billing notices are emailed monthly to email addresses on file. Please open this notice as it gives instructions to open your billing statement in Onetech.

ATU employees may be eligible for reimbursement of merchandise that is purchased without a P-card or purchase order. Petty Cash reimbursement is available in the Student Accounts Office, RCB Brown Hall, Suite 241, 105 West O Street.
Petty Cash reimbursement schedule: Tuesday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Thursday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.*Reimbursement limit: $75 before tax/per day
