Student Accounts

MISSION

The Arkansas Tech University Student Accounts Office is committed to advancing the mission of the university by providing exceptional service to each individual in a helpful, professional, knowledgeable and respectful manner while maintaining internal controls, financial integrity, and accountability in accordance with Federal, State and University policies.

We are located in Brown Hall, Suite 241, 105 West O Street. Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You are welcome to drop by or call (479) 968-0271. You can also email us at business.office@atu.edu

As of June 12, 2015 ATU will no longer send paper bills by mail.  Electronic bills are always available online at:  http://onetech.atu.edu Click on $ Tuition & Aid, under the Pay Online heading, click on View Statement & Payment History.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our Payment Options have changed starting 8/16/18
Payment of tuition and all other fees and charges, including room and board charges for students in residence halls, are due and payable prior to the beginning of each term. Financial settlement may be made by personal payment or AUTHORIZED financial aid (loans, scholarships, grants, third parties, etc.).

  • Credit card and eCheck payments are only accepted through OneTech under "Payment Options".
  • Cash and check payments may be made at the Student Accounts cashier window in RCB Room 241.
  • E-cashier- Payment Plan Option (available on student's OneTech account)
  • A 1.5% convenience fee will apply toward student's accounts made via a merchant card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Fall Refunds will run on Monday, August 27th (for accounts in refund status 8/24/18) . Direct deposit should be available in your bank account on Wednesday, August 29th. Paper checks will be available for pick up in our office on Friday, August 31st (or will be mailed to current address if not picked up on this date).

 

FALL 2018 RUSSELLVILLE CAMPUS STUDENT ACCOUNT DATES

*Note: Dates below are for 15-week classes: August 22, 2018 - December 11, 2018

July 16th- Tuition/Fees, Room and Board Charges applied. Payment Plan available.
July 18th- Bills available on OneTech.
August 22nd-

Classes begin

Last day for 20% + 4 additional payments on the payment plan

August 26th- Last day to sign up for direct deposit for first refunds of the fall semester
August 28th-

Last day to late register, add courses, or change sections (Must be turned into the Registrar's Office by 5 pm)

Last day to officially withdraw with full reduction of tuition and fees (Must be turned into the Registrar's Office by 5 pm)

August 29th- Direct deposit should be deposited into bank for accounts in “Refund” status by 8/26/18.
August 31st- Paper checks available for accounts in “Refund” status by 8/26/18. (Will be mailed to current address if not picked up on this date).
September 6th- Last day to officially withdraw with 80% reduction of tuition (Must be turned into Registrar's Office by 5 pm)
September 25th- Last day for 25% + 3 additional payments on the payment plan
September 26th- Drop for Non-Payment

Refund Checks

Get your refund faster by going Direct Deposit. Direct Deposits will be in your bank account the Wednesday after a refund has processed on your student account.

It is easy to sign up, just go to your OneTech account in $ Tuition & Aid, click Enroll in Direct Deposit.

Paper checks will be available for pick up in the Student Accounts office the Friday after a refund has processed on your student account. Checks not picked up will be mailed to the current address on file.
Note:
During holidays and unforeseen events it is possible that paper checks and direct deposit dates may change. In these instances we will post the information to the Student Accounts webpage as soon as possible.
