9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday
8:00-11:00 Friday
 

As of June 12, 2015 ATU will no longer send paper bills by mail. Electronic bills are always available online at: https://onetech.atu.edu. Search "Student Account Quick Links", click on View Statement & Payment History.

NOTICE: The Student Accounts Office will have new hours beginning Monday, July 3, 2023. Our new hours are 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

  • *Wonderbucks funds will transfer to the next semester. Refunds will only be issued at the end of the semester, if requested in writing. Refunds will first be applied to any balance due on the student's account with any remainder mailed to the current mailing address on the student's One Tech Account. No refunds on balances less than ten dollars.

Announcements

  • Refund checks will no longer be available to pick up in the Student accounts office. They will be mailed to your current mailing address listed in the system each Thursday.
