The building, a three story structure, is divided into a north and south wing with a large lounge area complete with game tables, study space and a television viewing area. Paine has a new HVAC system, updated lobby furniture, and new paint and flooring.

Paine houses students from all classifications and the STACK Gaming Living Learning Community as well as the gaming and E-Sports lab.
