Rules and Regulations
for all Residence Life Facilities

The on-campus living policies and community expectations contained in this section reflect the belief that everyone living in University-owned facilities plays a role in maintaining a living environment conducive to academic and personal growth. Each Arkansas Tech University resident has the right to live in a safe, peaceful, and secure environment. With these rights come the inherent responsibilities to uphold and practice integrity, patience, and respectfulness which contribute to a healthy living and learning environment.

Additional policies and procedures are outlined in the Student Handbook, as well as the document linked below. We encourage you to read them and fully understand and appreciate your rights and responsibilities while living in University- owned and operated housing. These policies apply to all residence halls and apartments and any facility owned and operated by Arkansas Tech University Residence Life for which student has contracted a space.

In addition to the rules and regulations listed below, Residents are responsible for observing all other University policies, regulations, guidelines as well as all regulations outlined in the Student Code of Conduct, the University catalog, and local, state, and federal laws. Areas of campus are under video surveillance.
