WHAT is the First-Generation Institute?
The First-Generation Institute is a free, two-day program for rising Arkansas high
school seniors in the Class of 2025. This will be an in-person event for the first
50 students who register.
WHAT will we do during the institute?
During the First-Generation Institute you'll have the opportunity to:
- Interact with current ATU Students
- Discover excellent academic opportunities
- Gain a better understanding of life as a college student
- Learn about ways to finance your education
- Discover ways to get involved outside the classroom
When/Where is the Institute?
The First-Generation Institute will be held June 4-6, 2024 at Arkansas Tech.
WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED?
Housing, meals, and transportation to and from Arkansas Tech will be provided free of charge.
