The Arkansas Tech University (ATU) Office of Admissions offers SMS (text message) communications to provide prospective students and their families with timely information about the admissions and enrollment process. By opting in to receive text messages from the Office of Admissions, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms & Conditions.


Program Description

The ATU Office of Admissions may send text messages regarding admissions and enrollment-related information, including but not limited to:

  • Application status updates
  • Missing admissions requirements
  • Scholarship information and deadlines
  • Financial aid reminders
  • Campus visit confirmations and reminders
  • Admissions event invitations and reminders
  • Orientation and enrollment information
  • Registration and important university deadlines
  • General admissions communications and student support

These messages are intended to assist prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process.


Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications through an Arkansas Tech University admissions form, event registration, application, or other authorized communication channel.

By opting in, you authorize the Arkansas Tech University Office of Admissions to send automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying to, being admitted to, enrolling at, or receiving services from Arkansas Tech University.


Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with the Office of Admissions, your application status, and the events or services you choose to participate in. During peak recruitment and enrollment periods, you may receive multiple messages each month.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Arkansas Tech University is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from the Office of Admissions unless you opt in again.
