Courtney Mullen
Courtney began working at Arkansas Tech University in 2008 as an undergraduate Admissions Officer. After traveling throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma during the academic year, she spent her summers as an Upward Bound instructor. In the summer of 2011, she took the director position in the Graduate College and now aids in recruitment, thesis work, and the graduate assistant program. Courtney currently resides in Russellville with her dog Watson. |

Michelle McMinn
Michelle, originally from Arkansas, has lived in Idaho and Florida but moved back here to her hometown of Russellville in 2003. She began working at the Graduate College in 2011. Since then she has started working with the Graduate Council, serves as a program director liaison, and budget coordinator. Michelle currently resides in Dover with her husband and young son. |

Regina Thompson
Regina joined the ATU team in 2008. In 2010, she became the Graduate College Special Projects leader. Some of her duties include the ESL and IF academies. Regina also enjoys working with the Graduate Assistants, helping them find their way. She resides in Pottsville with her husband Bryan, two sons and her cat and puppy. |

Jill Hays Jill began working in the ATU Graduate College in 2006. She has aided the office in system updates and evolving initiatives which improve the application experience for students. As the primary admission specialist, Jill is often the first contact students have with our Graduate College. She currently resides in Russellville. |

Trent Dewitt Graduate Assistant Trent graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts. He spent the next four years playing music in the tri-state area. He is currently enrolled in masters of arts in history program, and is interested in becoming a history professor upon graduating. Trent currently resides in Russellville.

Brittany Puerto Graduate Assistant Brittany completed her Bachelor's degree in 2012 with a double major in Marketing and Strategic Communication, from the University of the Ozarks. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Information Technology. Upon graduation, she is interested in working with an advertisement agency developing websites for clients or becoming a database analyst. Brittany currently resides in Russellville.
