MARCOMM is working on a 3-phase plan to implement a reporting/dashboarding solution for valuable metrics.  This effort is to be a force-multiplyer for admissions, recruiting and leadership decision making.  These phases include:

  1. By CYE2025,
    1. Develop a reporting dashboard on Wrike Metrics for WebOps work requests.
    2. Develop a scope of website metrics and metric-types for focus.  Scope elements will likely include CMS and Website performance,  Website visits and visitors, Website campaign content, et al.  Deliver a minimal viable product from data collected manually.
  2. BY CYE2026, develop delivery systems for reporting content.
    1. Partner with Admissions Team to leverage Slate operations and reporting.
    2. Explore and evaluate new contracted partners for high ROI data gathering soultions.
  3. By CYE2027, integrate delivered data into dashboards/reports.
    1. Partner with OIS to leverage available software solutions for presentation.

 

GROW BEYOND

This is an ambitious project that will enable strong data feedback for MARCOMM campaigns and other departments' web campaigns.  Further, it will provide strong decision support to Admissions and leadership at multiple levels.  Some of what we wish to accomplish are as follows:

  • Leverage SEO properly to increase visibility of ATU.edu and prepare for the AI evolutionary impact on SEO.
  • Track site visitors and visits to learn who are our visitors and what their needs are.
  • Create better contact leads and easier means to keep in contact with them.
  • Show costs and value of all campaigns, whether MARCOMM- or department-based.
