Website Updates by Content Owners/Editors

Affectionately referred to as 'Project Summer', this effort is to work over the summer with content editors to beautify and update their web areas in format and content; capitalizing on the summer season's easier access to editors.  It will likely roll into the fall and winter.

Kick-off will occur on 15-May-2025 with an email to editors.  The project manager will begin scheduling the joint working sessions between WebOps and editors.

Updates forthcoming.

Updated: May 2025

While this project's Go-Live was in January of 2025, the last remnants related to post-project cleanup were completed in May 2025.  The importance of finishing strong over just moving onto to the next project sets us up for quicker and easier success in future projects that occur in the same environment.  Explore the concept of finishing strong in the book, Coming Back Stronger by Drew Brees.

Non-Public SharePoint Implementation Project

This project is a rolling effort.  As we interact with editors, we evaluate their needs for using the new Non-Public SharePoint storage site.  This site is for use instead of the ATU.edu website when a file (such as a PDF) is for ATU.edu users and not the general public.  Editors can store these sensitive documents here and link to them from the ATU.edu website.  Only credential users can access the SharePoint site content.  This effort began in September 2024 and is ongoing and continuous.
