The Office of Affirmative Action and Title IX is responsible for providing guidance and support for Arkansas Tech University's efforts to enrich the lives of all its constituents and to ensure that opportunities are available to everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, veteran status, genetic information, or disability.

Mission Statement
