TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Engineering requires the ability to master the laws of physics to produce useful designs for the betterment of society. My philosophy in teaching engineering courses is to establish strong physical understanding with applications as the end goal. In disseminating lectures, I like to attempt to bring course materials to life to grab the attention of the audience. I am in constant pursuit of finding innovative ways to bridge the gap between textbook and real life performance. Of course, I am continually attempting to assume the role of the student to continue my education.
