All clips must be continuous for skills involving tumbling and performance.

      • Facing the camera in one continuous video, do each skill you choose to showcase 2 times in succession. Example: Do your standing BHS followed by a stand and clean, then do your second BHS all in one clip.
        • Skills you can showcase: Standing BHS, Standing Tuck, Standing Full, Standing BHS to Tuck etc.
      • Follow the same style for running tumbling as you will for standing, make one continuous video of the same pass twice. Feel free to do any combination pass you want.
  • Section Four
    • Stunts
      • Identify which position you will be doing with each stunt, feel free to do multiple positions i.e. fly, base, backspot. Tell us who you are stunting with and their cheer experience in years.
      • This section of the video does not have to be continuous. What stunts you showcase in a video, and the cleanliness of them, is very important.
      • Do not be afraid to get creative! Feel free to do stunt sequences, double-down dismounts, etc. to make it pop!
    • Stunts to showcase:
      • Coed/2Mans- Walk-ins, Hands extensions pop-off, Hands libs pop-off, etc. Straight up extension pop-offs or cradles.
      • Group stunts- Body positions and creative dismounts are great. You MUST SHOW toss skills. Toss awesome, toss lib etc.
      • Other good stunts- switch ups, true full-ups, quick up style full ups
      • Elite skills are great to help you stand out, BHS-ups, roundoff-ups, rewinds, hand-in-hands, etc.
