Brigadier General Larry C. Newman (U.S. Army Retired)

Brigadier General Newman received his commission as a Second Lieutenant from the Arkansas Tech University Reserve Officer Training Corps program. He graduated with a BS in Education. He then attended Ordnance Officer Basic and Advanced Courses. Other educational degrees include a MA degree in Management from Webster University and a MS degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from National Defense University. Military schools attended include Ordnance Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, United States Army Command and General Staff College, and National War College.
