The Honors Council is responsible for the ongoing development, evaluation, and revision of the policies, procedures, and curriculum governing the Honors Program. In addition, the Council oversees the review and selection of Honors applicants, considers matters related to student standing and continuation within the program, and advises on strategic initiatives to support the continued growth and excellence of the Honors experience.
The Honors Student Council (HSC) is where Honors students come together to lead, serve, and make an impact. Representing the voices of the University Honors community, HSC builds connections across campus, shares ideas with program leadership, and helps shape the Honors experience for all students. Through social events, service projects, and student-led initiatives, the Council creates meaningful opportunities to engage, grow, and celebrate what it means to be an Honors student at Arkansas Tech University.
