Registrar recommendations for the tabs in the Catalog

NOTICE:  The Catalog uses tabs similar to those available to use on the ATU.edu website.  Below is relative to the Catalog at catalog.atu.edu.

Here are the recommendations for Catalog Tabs from the Registrar:

 

Programs:

  • Overview
    • Program description
    • Career Opportunities (from atu.edu/degrees)
    • Picture
  • Accreditation
    • Description of specialized accreditation, how long the program has been accredited, and contact information to accreditor, and any other accreditor requirements (specific to accreditor).
  • Curriculum
    • Completed by the registrar’s office
  • Learning Outcomes
    • List of Program learning outcomes
    • Link to Program Assessment - Alexis from Registrar team will add this
    • Advising is phasing out Degree Maps in exchange for the curriculum tab in the catalog.

Departments:

  • Overview
    • Mission and vision (bonus points for this)
    • other statements of interest about the department
    • information about sub-departments (some departments have this after being reorganized)
    • link to department website “Visit our department website and meet our faculty”.
  • Programs
  • [remove faculty because this is on the department website] – Alexis will remove this

Colleges:

    • Mission and vision statements
