Dana came to Arkansas Tech in 2005 on an intercollegiate athletic volleyball scholarship
to pursue her undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing. Dana began her
career at Arkansas Tech in 2009, as a Student Worker in the College Student Personnel
Department. Upon graduation in May 2009, she decided to further her education within
the College Student Personnel Master's program. Dana worked as a Graduate Assistant
within the department for a year and a half teaching Principles of College Success.
She worked for the College of Business, College to Career Center from October 2011-September 2012. In September 2012, Dana joined Student Services as the Director of Norman Career Services. Dana, a
Wilmington, Illinois native has resided in Russellville for five years. Outside of working with college students, Dana enjoys spending
time with her husband, being outdoors and traveling.

Mrs. Melanie Diffey

Melanie began working in the career industry in her hometown of Pasadena, California
as a resume writer/columnist for LawCrossing and JD Journal in 2006. She quickly
discovered her love for assisting students in their career development and transitioned
to an administrative role at Fuller Theological Seminary. In 2010, she moved to
San Diego, California to become an Academic Advisor with Ashford University where
she was chosen for Student Services Leadership training. Upon completion, she was
promoted to Career Services Specialist with Ashford, where she was invited to join
the Future Leaders Program and represent the university at multiple alumni networking
events. In 2013, Melanie moved to Russellville to begin her time with Arkansas Tech
as the Career Counselor for Norman Career Services. She currently serves students
with their program selection, career goals, and individualized job search needs. When
she is not assisting students on-campus or online, Melanie enjoys baking, singing,
and going on walks with her husband.

Ms. Autumn Jones

B.A. in Psychology, Arkansas Tech University, 2013.
Autumn came to Arkansas Tech in 2009 from Sheridan, Arkansas as a freshman pursuing
a bachelor's degree in the humanities field. In May of 2013, Autumn graduated from
Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After a year of working in the mental
health field, Autumn returned to Tech to pursue a Masters of Education in School Counseling
with an anticipated graduation date of May 2016. Autumn was hired as the graduate
assistant for the Office for Student Success in May 2014. She currently assists students
with composing resumes and cover letters, and presents at various workshops. When
Autumn is not working, she enjoys running, singing, and hanging out with friends.
Mrs. Kelly Tamburo
B.A. in Graphic Design, Arkansas Tech University, Anticipated 2015.
Kelly came to Arkansas Tech in 2011 from Greenwood, Arkansas as a freshman to pursue
an art degree. She is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. Kelly began working
at Arkansas Tech as an Orientation Coordinator, then Resident Assistant, and now a
Student Worker in the Office of Student Success. Currently, Kelly creates and designs
promotional materials and logos for the four offices of Student Success. When not
in school or working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
