Jill began working for the UBMS Academy as a summer intern in 2005, and soon joined the full-time staff in July as Target School Liaison. Jill worked as the Target School Liaison from 2005-2009 before being hired as the Director of Upward Bound Projects. She supervises all operations and implementation of objectives for the UBMS and UB programs.

Annie was hired as the Target School Liaison for the Upward Bound Math and Science Academy in 2017. Her past experience as an Upward Bound summer intern in 2016 combined with 6 ½ years of experience in the Arkansas Tech University Admissions Office has been the perfect enhancement to the UBMS office. She is responsible for advising and mentoring all UBMS participants from Danville, Dardanelle, Two Rivers and Western Yell County.

Lauren was hired as the Administrative Specialist III in 2018 and was hired as the Target School Liaison for both UBMS and UB Classic in 2022. Lauren is an alumna of both the Upward Bound Classic program and Student Support Services program at Arkansas Tech University. Her past experience as an Upward Bound participant and Upward Bound summer residential counselor makes Lauren a great addition to the Upward Bound office. Along with general office duties, Lauren supervises the Upward Bound tutoring program and is responsible for advising and mentoring all UBMS participants from Wonderview.
