Professional Development

Dr. Clair specializes in pedagogy and in literature and culture of the twentieth- and twenty-first centuries. She founded the ATU Well-Being Series, which offers year-round events, classes, and workshops to help academic faculty and staff find work-life balance. Her current book project, The Pedagogy of Happiness, explores holistic approaches to higher education curriculum design, teaching methods, and faculty life.
