Professional Development

Dexta Jean Rodriguez is an artist of words and imagery. She is currently in the dissertation stage for a PhD in Leadership Studies at the University of Central Arkansas. Her research focuses on the value of entrepreneurial art leadership in building flourishing community. She is a third-year class member of the Community Development Institute and founder of the nonprofit organization Traveling Arts Fiesta.
