Interested in Tutoring?

Do you love learning and helping others learn, too?  Think you know how to help students find their way through a course? Great!

Tutoring jobs are available each semester. Peer tutors work between 8 - 12 hours a week, between the hours of 4pm - 8pm, Sunday - Thursday.

Tutors are trained according to College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) standards and have the opportunity to earn Levels I & II certifications. 



Qualifications for Applicants:

Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA and have received an A in the class(es) you wish to tutor in.

B's are acceptable w/ faculty approval in upper level classes (3000-4000 level).

Must be a currently enrolled ATU student in good academic standing

Applicants must be able to work between 4-8pm, Sunday-Thursday, a minimum of 8 hours split into two 4-hour shifts.

People skills are a MUST!!!
