Student Wellness


Counseling Services

Students can access a range of free and confidential individual, couples, or group counseling; consultation and outreach services are also available to the Tech community. Short-term counseling services(10 sessions per academic year) are provided by licensed professionals. Students can schedule a counseling appointment by calling the Health and Wellness Center (968-0329) or stopping by Doc Bryan 119. Appointments may also be made online here.

Disability Services

The Office of Disability Services advocates on behalf of students who may experience barriers in their learning environment, collaborating with students, faculty, and staff members to ensure students are given an equal opportunity to access academic programs, activities, and facilities. Students who have a need for academic or housing accommodations are encouraged to register with Disability Services through our online application, found at https://www.atu.edu/disabilities/index.php. Health Services

The Health and Wellness Center provides medical treatment for acute illnesses plus health and wellness educational programming, consultation, and referral services that meet the particular needs of today's students. To see a nurse, students are encouraged to make an appointment by calling 968-0329 or stopping by the Health and Wellness Center, Doc Bryan 119. Appointments may also be made online here.

University Testing

A variety of entrance and pre-professional exams are offered by University Testing. University Testing also serves as a testing center for qualified students with disabilities. Please see the website for further information regarding exam offerings and test schedules.
