Technology Prioritization and Software Review Committee

 

Membership: The Vice President for Administration and Finance or his/her representative, the Vice President for Student Services or his/her representative, the Vice President for Academic Affairs or his/her representative, the Vice President for Advancement or his/her representative, the Director of Information Systems who will serve as chair, the Director of Budget, the Director of Procurement, the Director of Institutional Research, one faculty representative from the Faculty Senate, and one staff representative from the Staff Senate.

Function: To review and prioritize new and on-going IT projects and review proposed software/hardware purchases for potential impact on multiple areas.
