Spring move-in

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS

Before the big day arrives, make sure to complete the following requirements:

  1. Obtain your Student ID to have access to the hall and meals when you move-in. All students must have one. Follow the next steps:
    • Log in to OneTech (onetech.atu.edu)  with your username and password.
    • Go to the "Banner Self Service" box located on the OneTech home page.
    • Click on the "Student" folder.
    • Go to the link for "Online Student ID Request Form"
    • Follow the prompts to upload your photo
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in classes. Contact your academic advisor if you are not sure.
  3. Get informed about financial deadlines to make sure payments are made on time and avoid being dropped for non-pay. Contact Student Accounts for more information.

 

MOVING IN

 

NEW STUDENTS

On this much anticipated day, the entire ATU family joins in to welcome you and your loved ones to campus. 

Move in will take place by appointment to limit the number of people in the room and building. This allows for proper social distancing and enhanced disinfection of the most high-touch areas within our facilities like door handles, knobs, buttons, switches, handrails, tables, etc. 

 

Date: January 09 & 10 from 12pm to 6pm by appointment

Returning STUDENTS

To prevent the spread of COVID19, returning students will be required to set up an appointment to arrive to their building. Appointments will open for selection through the housing portal starting  January 5 at 10am. Arrival will take place the following dates:

Students needing to return before this time frame must apply for extended stay through the housing portal by selecting additional housing.

Students needing to arrive after this time frame may just return directly to their hall. They will not need to set up an appointment.

*If there was a vacancy in a Fall 2020 - Spring 2021 resident's room before leaving for winter break, it is possible that a new roommate was assigned (new Spring 2021 resident). Residents must be on the look out for an email from their new roommate(s). This information may also be found through the housing portal in the Application Status page under Room Occupants.
