SO YOU'VE BEEN ADMITTED TO ATU.
Now you start the enrollment process - FAFSA, your first advising appointment, residence halls, orientation - everything you need to start your first year at ATU with a solid footing. You'll be ready to meet life's challenges head-on because we'll be with you every step of the way.
1. Get Access - Activate your OneTech account
Access your OneTech account for the first time. OneTech is where you will access several enrollment items throughout this process. Your Admissions Packet will have your OneTech username and T# included. You'll need those to activate your account.
2. Start your financial aid process
Complete the FAFSA. The ATU school code is 001089. The FAFSA is the single most important thing you can do to get money for college. Schedule an appointment with us today if you need assistance submitting the FAFSA.
3. Come see us - Visit Campus
Getting to know your college of choice is important. Through events and tours, we'll work with you to find your best fit at ATU.

4. Apply for Housing
If you are planning to live on campus, your next step is applying for Housing. If you are not, and you qualify to live off campus, you may submit a Housing exemption. Both actions are done through the Housing portal in your OneTech account. Learn more about Residence Life at ATU and your housing options by visiting their website.
5. Schedule your advising appointment
You will receive a notification from the Academic Advising Center when it is time for you to schedule your first advising appointment. At the session, you will learn more about campus life, academics, buying books, and you will receive your class schedule. You will be emailed when it is your turn to schedule your appointment.
6. Make your room & board choices
Room and board are items for student who plan to live on campus - and refers to your residence hall and campus meal plan. You will be notified when it will be your turn to choose your Residence Hall. You will be able to pay your housing deposit, choose your residence hall, and choose your meal plan. Check your housing portal on OneTech for updates. View a breakdown of room and board options.
7. Look into getting involved on campus
Exploring groups at ATU is one of the quickest ways to make friends when you start your first semester here. Find people who share your interests, attend campus events, and start having the college experience you've dreamed about.
8. Send your final documents
One last bit of paperwork - send us your final high school transcripts, AP scores, concurrent credit transcripts, or other college transcripts. Your high school counselor or the college or university you received previous credit from can help you with this step. You're almost ready to get started at ATU.
9. Move In Weekend and Orientation
It's finally here - your first week at ATU. Orientation runs your entire first week, from the day you move in to the end of your first week of class. You'll learn everything you need to know to have a great first year at ATU. Meet new people, make new friends, and find new clubs and organizations to get involved with. Making friends has never been so easy.
10. Start Classes
Move in? Check. Orientation? Check. Now its time for what you really came here for - to start working toward a degree that will empower you to rise to the occasion and meet every challenge head-on.

Resources you'll need
Our campus portal is called OneTech, and this is where you go to conduct university business like checking financial information, viewing your class schedule, and getting important announcements.
Campus email is how we communicate important announcements, bi-weekly newsletters, and you can interact outside of classes with your professors.
At the ATU bookstore, you can purchase, rent or sell your textbooks. You can purchase in-person or on the bookstore website.
Campus Support Center
Email not working? Computer issues? This team is open 7 days a week to help with technology needs.
At ATU, our online course management system is called Blackboard. You may use it in classes to turn in assignments, check grades, and access lectures.
The ATU library has a plethora of online and in-person services to support your academic needs.
