As part of the Arts and Humanities ongoing joy project, we are asking faculty to provide brief stories about when they have experienced joy in the classroom or in scholarship/creative activities. Joy can be defined broadly for our purposes, but we are especially interested in moments of epiphany, revelation, discovery, transcendence, breakthrough, or synergy. The idea is to capture moments of deep, meaningful learning that we hope to analyze and possibly replicate.
