The Department of Computer and Information Science (CIS) offers undergraduate degrees in three areas, including Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), and Information Technology (IT). The department also offers graduate degree in Information Technology (IT) and Computer-Based Instructional Technology (CBIT).
Graduate assistants in the Department of Computer and Information Science usually teach or tutor 1-2 sections per semester of computer network and hardware labs, programming labs, computer science orientation labs, or MS-Office applications labs. They also assist faculty with grading, researching, and some administrative office support.
