                    Adult and Online Student Organization

Who We Are

The Adult and Online Student Organization (AOSO) is an online student organization with the purpose of creating a community for non-traditional students. Through advocacy, mentorship, philanthropy, and networking opportunities, the AOSO strives to provide a sense of inclusion for online and adult students at Arkansas Tech.

What We Do

The AOSO officers meet online every two weeks. All students are invited to attend meetings. The AOSO also offers guest speakers from different student services offices, the Graduate College, the Professional Studies Department, and business leaders. All meetings and most speaking events are held online, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.

How do I join?

If you are interested in joining the AOSO, or want to find out more about the organization, please contact the AOSO faculty advisor, Dr. Jeremy Schwehm at jschwehm@atu.edu
