Teaching Philosophy

My teaching method is Project-Driven Teaching by Doing. This method instills the subjects into the students, in that the students learn and achieve a profound touch of science and technology via handling parts of a real-world engineering project during the semester.

Research Interests

I do not deprive myself of new research experiences by focusing on a specific area. Conversely, my research includes a wide range of areas in Electrical Power Systems. My research follows the concept of Situation-Aware, Self-Healing, Inclusive Cyber-Physical Systems. The keywords for my research are:
  • Integeration of Distributed Resources to Smart Grids.
  • Power System Protection.
  • ElectroMagnetic Transients (EMT) in power systems.
  • Signal Processing.
  • Electric and Fuel Cell Vehicle Charging Management.
