Management graduates learn how to plan effective business strategy, solve business problems, assure that businesses stay on track and lead and motivate employers to be productive.
A track in Human Resource Management prepares students to work in the area of managing human capital. With courses in organization behavior, employment law and compensation and benefits, students graduate prepared for a career in HR. They are also qualified to sit for the SHRM-CP exam. HRM students are required to complete an internship in the Human Resource area of a business or non-profit.
