Public relations is defined as a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. This is one of our newest Agriculture Business options, and if you enjoy communicating through social media, helping others to understand a message or advocating for the vital agriculture industry, then Public Relations may be a great fit for you! The agriculture industry provides many opportunities for those interested in pursuing a career in public relations, and the combination of our general agriculture background and agriculture business major coupled with the public relations option prepares you with the skills for a fulfilling career in the industry.
