BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Gordon is the Interim Department Head of the Center for Leadership and Learning. Her primary area of expertise is Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics (REMS). Dr. Gordon worked for eight years in Student Affairs at Oklahoma State University and served for three years OSU's Director of University Assessment and Testing. Dr. Gordon has taught courses and published extensively in the areas of program evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis, and assessment.

Dr. Gordon's research interests include perceptions of evaluation and assessment in
P-12 and higher education, general education assessment, and diversity as a concept
and learning outcome.
