Fitness Classes


The programs purpose is to provide activities that are designed to meet the physical, mental, and social needs of the participants; to stimulate student learning and personal development; and to enhance the quality of life for Arkansas Tech University students, faculty, and staff.

What we offer!

We offer group exercise classes various times throughout the fall and spring semester. All of our group exercise classes are taught by certified instructors and are held in the Hull dance studio. Pre-registration is required to attend any group exercise class!
