Center for Mindful Self-Compassion- Free Self-Compassion Meditation Sessions
The non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) is offering free daily 45-minute drop-in sessions for anyone interested in meditating together during this time of social-distancing and quarantine. These sessions will be led by senior Mindful Self-Compassion teachers and be comprised of a short opening talk, a guided meditation of about 20-25 minutes (with "light" guidance) and then a time at the end to un-mute to allow for brief comments and wave goodbye. Here is the link to sign up.
