baswell hall

BASWELL HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $2,371.06

Baswell, named after Colonel Carl F. Baswell, is designed in the traditional suite style arrangement with two double rooms sharing a bathroom between them. The rooms in this five floor building are unique in their architectural design with polished concrete floors and mixed medium wall textures.

BROWN HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $1,744.82

Residents of Brown Hall have the luxury of having some new furniture in the rooms. Brown has a new roof, new carpeting, and lights in the hallways. The residents of Brown enjoy the updated lobby that includes a television and a pool table.  Brown hall residents are known for their athletic ability and competitive nature during Battle of the Halls.

CARAWAY HALL

Type: Sorority  |  Starts at: $1,856.06

Caraway has a tradition of academic excellence and great loyalty from its alumni. Two spacious lounges, one on the first floor and one on the fourth floor, give this hall a great feeling of community and camaraderie within the hall. The first floor lounge offers high ceilings, hardwood floors and a traditional feeling of collegiate life. The fourth floor lounge is spacious and offers a meeting space.

CRITZ HALL

Type: All-Male  |  Starts at: $1,744.82

Critz Hall reopened in Fall of 2011 as a residence hall. This all male community is located on the west side of campus in front of Hughes and Tucker halls. Critz Hall is a traditional style building with community bathrooms on each floor. Residents have access to an outdoor grass mall. The residents of Critz enjoy two lobby areas featuring a pool table, ping pong table, and a television.

HUGHES HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $1,744.82

Since Fall 2014, Hughes has been home to the Agriculture Living Learning Community.  The Ag LLC helps students who are pursuing a degree in Agriculture to collaborate with Residence Life staff, peers in the program, and academic faculty to develop career furthering knowledge and capitalize on learning opportunities outside of the classroom. All Resident Assistants (RAs) in the Agriculture LLC are declared Agriculture upperclassmen in various Ag disciplines.


JONES HALL

JONES HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $1,974.51

Jones traditionally houses primarily freshmen residents, and because of this, it has one of the most active and energetic communities on our campus. The residents of Jones enjoy a spacious main lounge as you enter the building for socializing and watching television, as well as smaller study lounges on each floor.

The third floor of Jones is home to those involved in the Engineering Living Learning Community. Those in the LLC have access to the first floor engineering lab.

M STREET HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $2,371.06

M Street is a five-story co-ed residence hall offering a great view of the campus. The newest residence hall on campus offers a combination of double, single, and triple rooms. M Street also offers semi-private bathrooms and an entertainment lobby. Residents have access to a basement lounge with game tables and an outdoor grass mall.

Since Fall 2015, the fourth and fifth floors of M Street Hall have been designated the First Year Experience Living Learning Community.

NUTT HALL

NUTT HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $2,371.06

This five story structure, situated in the center of campus, is a suite style residential facility which houses both males and females in a variety of suite arrangements including spacious single, double, and triple rooms.

The building is divided into ten wings (two per floor), and each wing has a living room area including a refrigerator and microwave for student use. At least one living room area on each floor is equipped with a television for student viewing.

PAINE HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $2,371.06

The building, a three story structure, is divided into a north and south wing with a large lounge area complete with game tables, study space and a television viewing area.

This space recently went through a remodel thanks to the hard work and effort of the Paine Hall Government. Paine has a new HVAC system, private bathrooms, updated lobby furniture, and new paint and flooring.

STADIUM SUITES

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $2,371.06

Stadium Suites, located directly south of Buerkle Field/Thone Stadium, houses 44 co-ed residents in 11 suites. Each suite has a living room, and 1 single room with private shower.

A half-bathroom is located on the first floor, a double room and a single room with a shared bathroom on the second floor.

TUCKER HALL

Type: All-Female  |  Starts at: $1,974.51

Tucker Hall is a two-story traditional all female residence hall offering a combination of double and single rooms.

Tucker also offers semi-private bathrooms and an entertainment lobby. Residents have access to two spacious lounges and an outdoor grass mall.

TURNER HALL

Type: Co-Ed  | Starts at: $1,744.82

Turner Hall, a co-ed residence hall, is located on the western edge of campus, directly behind its “brother hall”, Brown Hall.

Designed as a traditional residence hall with double rooms and community bathrooms located off a long central hallway, this three story structure houses 202 students.

UNIVERSITY COMMONS

UNIVERSITY COMMONS

Type: Apartments  |  Starts at: $3,025.11

Each apartment includes a living room, two bathrooms, private bedrooms and a full kitchen, including an oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Each apartment also includes a washer and dryer.

All utilities (electricity, air/heat, water, cable and Internet) are included in the rent. Cable television is only provided in the living room. Residents can contact Suddenlink to purchase cable options for their individual rooms.

VISTA PLACE

Type: Apartments  |  Starts at: $3,025.11

This apartment complex offers four private rooms and four private bathrooms in each unit. Each apartment includes a full kitchen (all major appliances included), furnished living room, porch or balcony, and washer and dryer. All utilities are included. Students are not required to have a meal plan.

Vista Place offers many amenities such as a swimming pool, lounge area with game tables, gym, and a tanning bed. 


WILSON HALL

WILSON HALL

Type: Co-Ed  |  Starts at: $1,744.82

Wilson Hall is located on the west side of campus, near Nutt Hall and Tucker Hall.

Designed as a traditional residence hall, Wilson offers a variety of double and single rooms. Wilson is equipped with community style baths on each floor.

Residents of Wilson can enjoy a game of pool or watch television in the main lobby. Wilson Hall was fully renovated during the 2015-2016 academic year.
