Letter from the Editor

W elcome to the fifth edition of the Journal of Business Administration Online ( JBAO ). We could not have reached this milestone without our hard working staff who have contributed to our growing and continued success.

The JBAO explores subjects of interest to academicians, practitioners and others involved in the fields of business. Our goal is to promote awareness, provide a research outlet for faculty, and increase educational exchange.

To date, the Editorial Review Committee has responded to countless inquiries, encouraged numerous writers, and provided endless opportunities for publication to both new and seasoned authors. With this issue, the JBAO will have selected and printed nearly 50 articles relating to the broad base of business . Through earlier articles, and those in this edition, we have explored a broad range of topics including: instructional improvement, methods for delivery of course material, performance measures, learning approaches in online environments, GenY in the workforce, measuring value-added in banking courses, corporate strategies, and intellectual property rights to name a few. Our contributors have written manuscripts in the fields of banking, finance, management, marketing, business education, health care and MIS. In addition, our contributors come from a global arena including Australia , Indonesia , the UK , India , China , Cypress , Indonesia and the United States . Visit the JBAO archives for earlier articles you may have missed.

We are still learning, still experimenting and still attempting to improve our process and product. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions, and welcome additional assistance on the editorial board.
