The data is reviewed annually by the departmental assessment committee, recorded in Weave, and used for accreditation and program reviews. |

Candidates complete the Exit Competency Survey in the respective initial teacher licensure programs following internship. Mentors/Supervisors complete the Survey for those Supervising Interns for students participating in all initial licensure programs (MAT, MTLL-NTL, SEED, MLED, and ELED) concerning the attainment of TESS and InTASC standards as well as COE Standards for initial teaching licensure preparation. These data are collected at the end of their respective student internship experiences and are then used for evaluation, program review, and improvement. |

The Program Evaluation Survey is completed each semester by various supervisors to evaluate the effectiveness of the teacher preparation programs based upon the various factors involving the internship experience, stakeholders involved, and preparation of the students within the program. It is completed at the end of the internship experience. The Curriculum and Instruction Department then uses these data to examine administrative and curricular aspects of the various initial licensure preparation programs. |

The graduation initiative provides clear, concise, and consistent data on the outcomes associated with the graduates college education which can be compared on a national scale. In addition to providing outcomes for graduation groups, the First-Destination Survey is designed to provide trends data over time to inform the discussion about the value of higher education. *Data is available to the entire university by request to the office of Norman Career Services. *Data is automatically sent out to Department Deans and Heads. |
