Parent's Day

Parents are invited to attend AGS class on Parent's Day.  During this class, parents are given the opportunity to meet their child’s teachers and participate in class activities/lecture.

AGS 2019 Parent's Day Schedule

2:00-2:30 pm – Welcome for parents in Tucker Coliseum

3:00 pm – Students show parents around. Students will have yearbooks and can get them signed by friends at this time.

4:00 pm – Norman Hall Art Gallery will be open to display art from the AGS visual arts students

5:00-6:30 pm – Family Dinner in Chartwells Cafeteria. They will be serving chicken, hotdogs, baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and cookies. Grilled vegetables will be available as the vegetarian option. Thank you to Tyson for the donation of chicken and hotdogs.

6:30 pm – Choral and Instrumental Music students presentation in Witherspoon Auditorium

6:30 pm – Drama students presentation in Techionery Theater (seating is limited)

8:00 pm – Instrumental and Choral Music students presentation in Witherspoon Auditorium (Repeat of 6:30 pm performance)

8:00 pm – Drama students presentation in Techionery Theater (seating is limited) (Repeat of 6:30 pm performance)

10:30 pm – Students must be back in their rooms for room check. Students will not be allowed to check out.
