Enrollment is open to students at Atkins, Dover, Hector, or Lamar High Schools. Students must be willing to participate in some after-school, weekend, and summer activities.
Applicants must be willing to participate in Upward Bound program requirements and have the desire to go to college. Students chosen to participate must meet income guidelines as set by the federal government and/or be a potential first-generation college student (neither parent possesses a four-year college degree).To apply, each candidate must submit:
