The Computerized-Adaptive Placement Assessment and Support System (COMPASS) is an un-timed, computer-based examination comprised of three (3) sections that cover reading, writing, and mathematics: It is designed for students who have been out of an education setting for three (3) or more years and is good for admission to Arkansas Tech University. On average, the COMPASS test takes an hour and a half to complete. For more information you can visit the web site: www.act.org/compass/
